EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We arrived at our lake house on Friday night of Labor Day weekend only to find we had a clogged line. Miles was at our house in 30 minutes and inspected the lines with his camera and showed my husband exactly where the clog happened. Everything was draining and we were ready to host our incoming guests. His price was very reasonable - especially for an after hours service call on a holiday weekend. We are Customers for life for any future plumbing needs.
Called them out to install a garbage disposal, & was pleased when he offered me multiple solutions to my problem that ultimately saved me money. He also made sure to walk us through the entire service step by step and ultimately was able to help us to resolve the main issue of our plumbing at its source. I Would highly recommend to anyone in Charlotte who needs plumbing services, they do a great job and clearly know what they are talking about!!
They replaced old pipes in our basement that were leaking. They were on time, reasonably priced, respectful, and did a great job! Would use them again
